From Raw Data to Polished Report
The final step of a systematic review is to report your findings. RevPro’s Report Generator automates the tedious process of compiling information, allowing you to create comprehensive reports with just a few clicks.
Step 1: Managing Report Templates
RevPro uses a template-based system for report generation. You can manage these in "Reports" > "Manage Templates". While RevPro provides standard templates, you can also create your own custom templates, defining which sections (e.g., Introduction, Methods, PRISMA Diagram, Synthesis Results) to include and in what order.
Step 2: Creating a New Report
From the "Reports" dashboard, click "Create New Report". You will need to provide:
- A Title for your report.
- A selected Report Template to use as the structure.
Step 3: Automatic Content Generation
Once you create the report, RevPro begins generating its content in the background. It automatically pulls data from every stage of your review: the latest protocol version, search strategies, screening numbers, quality assessment summaries, and data synthesis results. You will see the report status as "Generating" on your dashboard.
Step 4: Viewing and Exporting
When the status changes to "Completed", you can click to view the full report within RevPro. From the details page, you can export the entire document as a DOCX or PDF file, ready for submission or further editing.
